To all community organizations in the area,
It is with pride that we announce a new trajectory offered to our partners communities: The SOC trajectory (Support for Organizations and Caseworkers).
Are you a caseworker, director or manager in the community sector? This new confidential and bilingual service is offered to you to help you create a safety net for your psychological well-being at work and at home.
3 steps will be proposed to you:
- Spot the signs of psychological distress
- Identify the necessary strategies
- Implement the chosen strategies
In order to maximize access, the service may be offered to you at the location that best suits you, (at your home, in the Éveil offices or at another service point) and available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday.
